2000 Watt Cincinnati CL-707 Ultra High Speed Laser System
The 2000 Watt Cincinnati CL-707 Ultra High Speed Laser System is capable of positioning speeds of up to 8,500 inches per minute and cutting feed rates of up to 1,000 inches per minute.
Mild steel up to 1/2" thick, stainless steel up to 3/8" thick and aluminum up to 1/4" thick can be cut.
The twin shuttle tables permit near continuous laser processing with no interruptions for material loading and parts unloading. Each table will accommodate sheets of material measuring up to 72" x 144" and weighing up to 3,000 pounds.
Positioning accuracy of +/- .001 is maintained over the entire cutting area.
In many perforating and blanking applications, its speed matches that of a turret punch press, yet the part quality is decidedly higher. The parts are flat and burr free.
Controls are exacting enough to allow etching of the material top surface. This will allow part ID marking, mating part locating targets, and bend layout lines.
